Actually got a lot of the plants I’ve accumulated over summer planted today! It was hard going- weeding areas that hadn’t been weeded even once this year- finding spots for them. The shade plants are all in; next is finding homes for a handful of sun lovers.
Also managed to do two loads of laundry and even got it folded and put away. Tim got a load of firewood- great way to spend his birthday! Now I need to hem a pair of black pants for his new work uniform at MuleWart. He brought home the new vest he has to wear yesterday. Sleaziest polyester I’ve seen since the 70s. Made in Jordan because no business in the USA could produce them fast enough. Not sure why there was such a rush to change the uniform; since they’re providing the vest it doesn’t affect the 51 million they’re making on forcing their work force to buy new work clothes.
Tomorrow I get to paint the new well house if it doesn’t rain and do the trim on Doug’s mobile home. Yippee.
