Our volleyball team had our first real victory today! Hooray! It only took us 15 games or so to do it... Also, I believe in retribution for all the times I've stomped on JeanPaul's feet in soccer, he drilled me in the ear with the volleyball today. I made good of my blustery day though, packed myself a picnic lunch, went to work early (8:30am is really early for me!) and after work, went to the Pritzker Pavilion for a showing of "The Silk Road: The Stone Horse". Summer is officially here. I deem it so. Why? Because my feet are throbbing and my whole body aches, but it hurts so good because soccer in the park is back. After recovering from yesterday where I spent most of the day just laid up in bed, not quite sick as a dog, but some gods were definitely NOT smiling upon me, today hasn't been much better. Alright, I'm back from Eurotrip World Cup 2006. It was FRAKIN' AWESOME, this was the vacation that I truly wanted.
