There is so much complaint of the violence and the curses, but there is no actual war. Just the tastes that Millennium so kindly gives you to remind you that your peace is fleeting. In the end, what remains is blood and ( Read more... )

I've seen nothing here to merit the effort required for so much as a skirmish.

With the curses, war could last two days at most before being interrupted by some childish foolery.

How do you alleviate the tedium?

I have to divert myself with more one-on-one encounters.

Something that could fit on a post-it would have been more convenient.

Dear City,

Make war, not whine.

You definitely need a better metaphor. Blood dries and fires go out. Anyway, what's so great about war?

Blood dries and stains and the stains don't wash away.

War shows people as what they truly are. It strips away civilized lies and takes everything down to the bone of truth.

Just because you've got something as the foundation doesn't make everything on top of it lies. How's civilization so wrong?

Civilization forgets itself under its layers of lies. Be grateful for war to show the truths and allow people a foundation upon which to build new lies.
