Farewell, Nebuchadnezzar

Just spent the morning/early afternoon running damage control on my trusty writing/designing rig, "Nebuchadnezzar." Ah, yes. I had a hard drive FRY. And that's how I learned the beauty of the external hard drive. Or, should I say, beauty and necessity of an external hard drive (I lost some stuff, but not the diss, thank God and Thor!)!

Whew. My desk top has been slouching toward oblivion for a while. I've been doing all my Important Work on my laptop. I think I'll have that little back-up party today.
