Vacation Commences
Well, to be frank, the last 2 weeks have been nothing but stress and drama. Thankfully, as of this writing at 10:30am (Cali-time) most things have seemed to subside. Classes are out, projects and testings are done, and I even managed to survive the flight to California( I HATE FLYING PLANES) to spend a couple weeks with my father. It's been so long since I last really updated that in all honesty, I've forgotten most of what I had wanted to update. That being the case, it must not of been of much importance anyway - so I'll just begin anew here. Before updating with the most recent developments however, I'd like to note the following:
1) Missy - good luck with your audition
2) Alpha - see what happens when you side with the powers of chaos? ::shakes his head:: Just kidding. Hernias are no joke - I hope it all works out soon onisan ^^
3) Laura - congrats on surviving the semester ^^ V
4) To everyone else - I hope you're all well
With that said, let's see. So far, California's been a blast. I can honestly say I am relaxing and enjoying myself at the moment. It was a little difficult deciding to come out here until father ordered the tickets anyway >.> The main problem was about my job(s). I had been referred to an internship possibility on the last day class - but due to the fact that I'm here, it'll most likely be filled when I get back -_- The other problem was that my tutoring boss was an idgit and couldn't tell me if I was going to be working the first summer semester... in fact, to this very moment he still hasn't returned my inquiries (because he's lazy as hell and probably has no idea what's up with all of us) I'm a little worried I won't have either job upon coming back - but I'm trying to not let it bother me. I haven't gotten to anything of value really yet here - even though I have started working out and taking nice long walks around the area - my father and his wife's lifestyle is very varied. Everything's up in the air and they have some of the strangest work hours ever. So trying to get into a rhythm is very difficult. But aside from having to help my father and the wife write my step-brother/cousin's paper the other night, I can say I haven't really been irked by anything yet. My patience reserve is slowly coming back and my sarcastic tendencies are slowly receding to a more normal level. I have to promise myself to visit Chris when I return home - I'm very angry with myself over not being able to arrange a visit with him - I was tied up getting Blair into my WoW guild in the earlier part of the week and then Tom just wouldn't leave me alone on Friday ( he just wouldn't let me out of meeting Ramos/Adam from our FFXI ls) Not that meeting Ram was bad - it was quite nice actually (very cool person ^^)- just the worst timing ever ::sigh:: Ah well, I think I covered the gist of it all - I wanted to make sure I recorded something down here. I'll be in Cali till June 1st, so if anyone's looking for me - the cellphone is probably best as my online hours are going to be very strange.
