Real post time.

So not a lot has been happening, been more emotional than normal, crying in films and wanting to hit my sister. Realisticly thats not as diffrent from normal.

Been watching far too much telivision then is healthy, been doing my photography, (hopfully correctly), and re-organising my belongs. I did not know i had so much junk. My dad did, he's been hinting to get rid of stuff by giving me black bags, I've found stuff I forgot I even owned and lost stuff I'd prefered to keep.

I've been trying to think of ways to make my self healthier other than diet, I'm doing this mostly because sonthing that was said made me stop and rethink my life. I've restarted my self defence skills, mostly includes blocking the air and correct use of punches and kicks, It helps me work though stress and anger along with tiering me out if I've got too much energy. I recomend that.

Any tips on others things i can do? Any tips at all.

I'm writting more than normal because it's anoter way I've found to releave presure, frustration and pain of everyday life. The stories I want to start writting I haven't because of the stories I have published on a certain Fanfiction site and I should focus on them getting finished.Any stories people want to write together.

That's all I can say in this post I may post something about my current faviourte films and telivison shows, but I need to do some planning for that.
