Party Entry!!!
Ok, so every year for a while (at least 4 years now), my friends and I have held a birthday party on this day to celebrate Harry Potter. There has been cake, games, dressing up, movies (the HP ones or movies featuring HP actors). It has always been a lot of fun. I wasn't able to go last year because I was moving to Chapel Hill.
This year...we're even more split up than ever. kateyvic, who usually hosted the parties, is now out in California with her parents. I don't keep up with the_iron_fist and beans_ricolaa like I should, so I'm assuming that they're in the NOVA area. But today...I think we should have our Harry Potter party online. Right here. I'll even post a picture of one of our cakes later if y'all are interested. Maybe I'll even decorate one of the cupcakes that I have in my house (courtesy of oracleasb) in a Harry Potter theme.
But today...I think we should just be silly and revel in the joy that is teh Potter. All are welcome to join. Party in darastar's lj!!!
