Can I just say that the Pretenders still ROCK!!!! Seriously. I have heard two really good songs off the album, Break up the Concrete, they intend to release in October in full. In the meantime, they are releasing one song a week on their website.

In our little, tiny town, you have to go to the Town Hall to register to vote for the Mayor and City Council members. Your U.S. voter registration isn't any good. You have to go down and sign, not one but, TWO voter registration BOOKS! We did this in time to vote in Saturday's hotly contested Mayoral and Council election. Here are the results ( Read more... )
