Memorial for Earthquake & Tsunami Victims

The March 11 earthquake, tsunami and subsequent hardships faced by people in Japan have been devastating. To serve the community, the Portland Japanese Garden has erected a “Wish Arbor” for people to visit, pray and reflect.
