Jumping the hurdle

With patience, rest, lots of stretching, and a bit of research, the soreness in my left knee and lower leg has dissipated. Over the past week I have rested my leg, done lots of stretching, and generally just listened to my body. I'm glad to hear the leg feels better. :) At the gym, I've started working on increasing the distance I cover. Yesterday I ran for 40 minutes and covered 2.79 miles. When I go tomorrow, I'm hoping to run further.
