As planned, my birthday was spent quietly. We had our lunch at Antonio's last Sunday and it was even more special because both my parents and favourite uncle were there. Christmas is pretty much full-on now in Manila. I know, I know... too soon. I'm trying to be like everyone else - trying to start my shopping for gifts. I went to the Karl Edwards bazaar today and ended up feasting on food and buying amazing export over-runs for my kids. The "Ralph Lauren" section is awesome. I love Barbie and so do my kids.

A couple of weeks ago there was a Barbie event in Rockwell. The girls begged to go in. Turns out we had to buy Barbie products in able to get in. So I got their Christmas presents in advance and hid it with my driver. We were able to get access to Barbie's house for two days.
