I'm not sure if my experience was an isolated case but I've had bad experience with Century. I bought a unit in SOMA in the Fort and we had so many problems.

- They changed the design from the original pre-selling design so my commercial unit was moved from the corner to the middle
- My unit had a leak in the ceiling for more than 6 months and they didn't want to fix it and kept blaming their contractors until I wrote the president and owner himself (Ambassador Antonio) and only then did the management start working on it and they finished only after 3 months
- Their sales team offered to handle leasing my unit and they got a tenant which they assured me was credible. This tenant apparently was not paying dues and utility bills and the Century management did not inform me. The tenant abandoned my unit and Century charged me with all the unpaid utilities and dues that exceeded his deposit. I paid more than 100k. I admit that I was really stupid for trusting Century to handle the leasing and not stepping in at the beginning. But I trusted that a reputable company like theirs would protect their property owners. I learned my lesson.
- And through all these problems, they never apologized and treated it like they were run of the mill issues so I kept thinking if I just had high standards or expected a certain level of service especially after handing over my hard-earned savings to them.

Up to the time I sold the unit at a loss, I had problems. And now, I am very glad to be rid of it.

Sorry for the rant but I just wanted to give you a heads up that their designs may be impressive and their pricing may be of better value but their management was bad, based on my own experience. I hope others will disagree and speak up but that's what I experienced. I do sincerely hope they have improved already and put as much budget in management and after-sales service as they do in marketing.
