The Sound of Drums Reaction/Review
I just watched the latest Doctor Who episode.
Oh, so that's how they got back. The Doctor's sonic screwdriver can fix anything! It is a little overused, but I still love it.
The finger drumming thing is kind of cool.
"The Master and wife?" The Doctor sounds jealous. ROFL
Yay for the Torchwood mention!
The Master's wife is pretty. She looks like an interesting villian. I wonder if the Master really cares for her because I assumed he would just be using her. It seems like he has affection for her though. I wonder how that will turn out.
The phone call between The Doctor/The Master was all kinds of slashiness. "I love it when you say my name!" and "Are you asking me out on a date?" I really want them to kiss now and have lots of hot, angry sex.
The Torchwood team went to the Himalayas! I still can't figure out if that was an exaggeration or literal.
The Doctor's reaction to Jack telling him that he works for Torchwood! I still haven't forgiven the Doctor for abandoning Jack though. *glares at the Doctor*
Torchwood's theme song coming on when the website came up was cool.
Poor Martha! I love that girl! It would be so much better if she wasn't in love with the Doctor, or at least if she fell in love with the Doctor later on. I mean the Doctor really isn't in a state where he's ready to fall in love right now. At least from the way I see it, his wounds are still too fresh.
I like Tish quite a lot too. Hopefully, we'll get to see more of her character. I don't like Martha's mom though because she seems a little self serving. And Martha's brother is safe. So does that mean he'll help Martha save the world?
The Master is awesome! I think I like him more than the Cyberman. He's hilarious, but evil. Those little ball things have me a little confused. I wonder why the Master says that they're going to break the Doctor's heart.
Okay, the Master's evil plan to make the Doctor older was kind of lame. The Master is still an awesome villian though! All those little balls flying and the rip in the sky! The music with the dancing is what made the Master my new favorite villian. He's insane and it's all just a big joke to him.
I loved this episode! Utopia was great as well, but I think I might like this one a bit more than Utopia.
I can't wait until the next episode! I want to know how it turns out!
