saw Troy tonight...what an excellent fucking movie. the critics who don't like it should go play in traffic or something less dangerous, but more annoying to them...well, i guess we have freedom of speech, right?
it was also a nice little history lesson for me...let me explain:
i thought the "Trojan horse" was named that, because it was the TROJANS who jumped out of it in the middle of the night...not true, however. i also knew Sparta was spanked by some people, but wasn't quite sure...and later was reminded it was by the Romans. should've known...they walked over everyone...for a while. either way, Spartans were some badass motherfuckers, or at least hollywood leads me to believe so. btw...they're use of shields is so damn awesome...throughout the whole movie. this could be fabricated, but no matter...its awesome.

turns out "Jon's party crush" is NOT Diane......but her name is Anne. yes, i talked to her today before i left the campus center for the last time this semester. it was not that good, and she gave me one of those "are you seriously trying to talk to me?" things, which is ok, because that means she's some stuck-up bitch and that ends things quickly now doesn't it.
angela was working last night....totally missed her when i went back to talk to her. fuck. that means i have less than 22 hours to run into her before summer starts...eh, "things happen for a reason" right?
speaking of, im so glad to leave this place and stop spending all my time writing(and by that i mean typing) in this thing and actually have some people to talk with, in the flesh.
food for thought(hey fu joe, its a good phrase i have to steal it from you): many thoughts should be kept thoughts...damn honesty and the accessibility of expression through online journals. they can be both the cause and answer to ones doom.
