Day 01 - Tell us about your favorite writing project/universe that you've worked with and why.
Day 02 - How many characters do you have? Do you prefer males or females?
Day 03 - How do you come up with names, for characters (and for places if you're writing about fictional places)?
Day 04 - Tell us about one of your first stories/characters!
Day 05 - By age, who is your youngest character? Oldest? How about “youngest” and “oldest” in terms of when you created them?
Hm. The youngest that I have written extensively about would be Chime of Tales of Northerly (Well Really Tales from Northerly, Well Actually They Start Out in Northerly and End Up In Southerly, Sort Of, Oh Dear Did I Spoil It), which is an experimental title. She's eight, and one of three main characters (I tend to do that, apparently).
Oldest...well there are people like Jack Frost and Robin Goodfellow and Sun's Daughter and, y'know, Satan, but I don't think any of those really count. Oldest mortal? Probably either the Witch of Gold Mountain (who's still mortal, despite all her best efforts) or Sister Harmony.
Youngest as in newest would be Good Christian, from Chasing Mercury. What a creepy bastard.
Oldest as in oldest that I remember would be Shiro'aki'toliani, from that crazy-ass science fiction story I was writing about aliens that reproduced by budding when I was like nine or ten.
Day 06 - Where are you most comfortable writing? At what time of day? Computer or good ol' pen and paper?
The couch currently to my left, where Liam is sitting, and late at night, on my computer, when all I can hear is the music in my ears. Or, y;know, pretty much anywhere else, honestly, with anything that makes marks. Depends when the inspiration strikes.
Day 07 - Do you listen to music while you write? What kind? Are there any songs you like to relate/apply to your characters?
Day 08 - What's your favorite genre to write? To read?
Day 09 - How do you get ideas for your characters? Describe the process of creating them.
Day 10 - What are some really weird situations your characters have been in? Everything from serious canon scenes to meme questions counts!
Day 11 - Who is your favorite character to write? Least favorite?
Day 12 - In what story did you feel you did the best job of worldbuilding? Any side-notes on it you'd like to share?
