i sent my "Patriotically Remove STDs from the United States Act" proposal to the white house, congress, and supreme court today, i'll just show the letter i sent to the president.
Dear Mr. President,
Hello, my name is Daniel Choi and I am currently a student of Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) of Virginia. I am writing this letter to propose a plan that would ensure elimination of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). As you all ready know, STDs are transmitted mainly through sexual intercourse (hence, the name) and not through actions such as sharing a toilet seat or exchanging handshakes.
My plan is a very simple plan. It only requires that people that have a certain STD have a band tattooed onto their arm. I will give an illustration of my idea. The following persons are theoretical:
Mary has genital herpes, aids, gonorrhea, and crabs. She would have the following colors tattooed onto her arm: blue, yellow, red, and green (corresponding to each sexual disease).
Bob has aids, scabies, and syphillis. He would have the following colors tattooed onto his arm: yellow, orange, and brown.
After the first step, identifying everyone with what diseases each person has, is done, then another step can be taken. If the next step is not taken, there is a chance that a person with no STDs will not care about the disease his/her significant other has and get the STD, and will not have the markings to alert others.
The second and final step would be to send everyone who has a STD to the North Pole, with no clothes. Actually, instead of the North Pole, we would send them to reservations (much like the actions we have taken towards the Native Americans). At the reservation we would limit the number of children they are allowed to have to one child per couple so that each generation, the number of people with STDs decreases by half AT LEAST. There will be people who have no children, but saying that everyone does find a mate and has a child, it would take about 10-15 generations in order to reduce the number of people with STDs down to one person, who will not be allowed to mate and would take the burden of the entire nation on his shoulders and die with the last of the STDs.
Although this goal and procedure are very idealistic, the chance of success is very high. In addition, we would have to have yearly checks to ensure that aliens (foreigners) do not enter our wonderful nation and try to spread more STDs. Once our country is free of STDs, other countries will follow suit making the United States a model once again for the entire world to follow.
I thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Daniel Choi
