(no subject)
Hey everyone! Whew…what a weekend we have had! *sighs deeply as I glance around at boxes yet to be unpacked* shall I start with Friday?! Yea, sounds good to me too!*wink*
Friday…we woke up and bounced out of bed, got dressed for the day then wildly started packing! Mom and Larey had to run somewhere*quizzical look* not sure where…I don’t really remember but anyhoo…Mom and Dad decided to send Larey, Emilee, and Benjamin on over here(new house) so we could meet the peeps who were supposed to deliver our BRAND NEW washer and dryer(like the ones @ laundry mats…HUGE!)…so we left the house and Larey was going fast (and txting) so therefore I started quoting Psalm 23! Haha! She really wasn’t going that fast…I just gave her up the wall about it! *mischievous grin* I took some pictures of us 4 packed in the car! Was so funny cuz there was only enough room for us to sit…once we passed this nice truck well I say “Whoa, Larey look! PRETTY TRUCK………….*peers at it as we pass it*…..AND a pretty guy)!” We just laughed, and laughed about how weird it sounded! I mean who says “pretty guy?” lol! Btw-he really wasn’t all that “pretty”…just needed comic relief. So anyhoo….the little ones started complaining cause they were hungry…so we held them of until getting to Spruce Pine where we sat and waited FOREVER for Larey to get her sandwich form Subway…then went to McD’s(which is getting very old these days)…then cause Larey loves me so very much she went to DTS!!!!! YAY!*claps* Well it ended up that Miss Tilly (
snowdrop_89) got to come over and keep us company as Larey screwed in the curtain rods with her BRAND NEW SPIFFY STANLEY screwdriver! Haha…that another short little story in itself! So we three danced, cleaned floors, put up a border, made plans for my future (which, btw, I don’t believe will ever happen) and “cried” to Michael Buble’s ‘You Don’t Know Me’! Lol! Aww…. So our night ended at 2am as we crawled into our air mattresses...onto Saturday?!
Saturday was the rather BIG day! But the first half was very enjoyable! We three girls sat out on the deck and soaked up some wonderfulous sunshine!!*dreamy sigh* was well…wonderfulous! Hehe! Then Tilly and I took the little ones on a nice walk down the lane. Larey missed out cause she had to stay @ the house till the washer/dyer was delivered. Well Matt, Brian, and Andrew all showed up a bit early…but was fun! Larey and Tilly hopped in the jeep and drove down to DT’s for the coffee orders she had takenJ YUMMM!! The rest of the day was full of unloading the moving truck and our van, finding SOMEWHERE to put all the boxes! Oo…..and dancing in the dining room to Buble is rather fun!!
Sunday…well not much other than unpacking…….so why tell all about it?! We didn’t go to church…Larey and I slept ‘til 11am!! NIIICCCE!
Well, I am sure I could dig up some more stuff to write…but I will spare you all the torture of reading all of it! Lol! Plus I don’t really feel like typing anymore!
