Final Final, Francofolie, CTK, Colloquim

So, my last final of university is 28 April. I only have one this time but it is French and it is on a Saturday. It will be the last test to see if I'm finally worthy to collect that fancy piece of paper that will make me university educated. It all seems so very silly at this point. It WOULD come down to a French test in the end.

I'm sad to have had my last U of L yoga class yesterday. I'll miss yoga at noon at Humana Gym. It has been such a stabilizing force in my life these last two semesters. Not to mention that one cute guy in the Thursday section.

This morning I dropped by Francofolie to get an assignment and look around. I had a cup of overly-sugary punch that dried out my throat. Madame Day was all smiles. I would have stayed for the fashion show but I had to run over to the library to print out my registration form for CTK.

I guess I should be looking forward to the conference this weekend. COME TOGETHER KENTUCKY: Building Bridges to Bring It All Together: Challenging the Ism's, Power and Prejudice Within (a Jeff Howard production). I'm often bored and don't feel like job hunting (though that's what I should really be doing) so this should provide an amusing diversion. All the colleges and universities in Kentucky were invited to participate and there will be lots of work shops on everything from gay politics to S&M. Might be good for networking?

Today is also Suck-Up Fest (Senior Colloquim). I'll have to remember to be extra nice to Dr. Gray and Dr. Stenger because they are supposed to write me letters of rec for grad schools.

I should write more livejournal entries because my thoughts have been more confused than normal lately and these usually help me structure them better. My throat is dry.
