*sigh*
So yeah, the night I posted the weather story, I was up late writing a paper for my damn english class... After my stats class and a quick lunch, I went to the class (on the 4th floor, and I thought BEHS was bad) and waited for the class to begin... It was only until we all looked on the door (approx. 10 minutes after arrival) that we saw the class was cancelled... What the Hell?!? She couldn't e-mail us or something? I could've worked on my paper instead of the coloring I did this weekend.
Oh well, at least it is done.
It was a very dissapointing Halloween this year; only 20 kids came to our house... Man, when I was a kid, I would be out in the snow to get some candy! I didn't care if I died; it was in the quest for candy and to any kid, trick-or-treating is like the quest for the Holy Grail. Something worth dying over. Near the end of the evening, I got into a screaming match with some kids in the other end of the neighborhood. Needless to say, their asses were bruised by the defeating by a single person. A few minutes after that, with a combination of boredom and the desire to scare the ever-living crap out of children, I was standing at the end of my driveway (in Black Mage uniform, of course) and shouting to kids to come and get candy. Due to the pitiful turnout, we are left with a suprlus of candy and combined with the candy we always purchase the day after, our surplus exceeds 10 pounds... Oh well.
The day after Halloween, my mother and I were cleaning up the stuff... We found a large hornet's nest. My mom came up with the idea of lighting it on fire... WOAH! I always assumed that I was the pyro in the family! My mom always said no to my fire ideas... So we got out the mineral spirits, doused the nest, put it on a long stick, lit it on fire, and waved it around like a torch.. So cool!
Oh yeah, I'm taking a break from cosplaying as FF characters and I will be going to Portcon as an anime character... I'm going as the Priestess Kikyo from "Inuyasha." My brother is going as Kakashi from "Naruto." This'll be an interesting convention...
Speaking of drawing... I finished the final main character to my series "Blossoms in Blood." Now I'm doing more of the technical stuff, like secondaries, backgrounds, tones, and plots. Look for more maybe the first couple of pages next year, if I'm lucky.
Well that's it.. I shall see how the next week treats me.
