hot tub...sink into the heat and feel the steady rhythm of the jets against your skin

massages...work out the tension in your muscles, surrender to comfort & relaxation

breathe*stretch*shake...let it go.

love...let yourself care and be cared about, hug, kiss, share in conversation

laugh...so hard that your stomach burns & your head becomes light & fuzzy, giggle then laugh at your the ridiculousness of your giggle

sleep...curl up under the blankets and allow your body & mind to leave behind the daily stresses

dream...live in a fantasy world, forget your worries, escape

indulge...allow yourself to let loose and just enjoy life
