CHAPTER 8

“We arrived, Sir” Nino announced with a sneering smile, as soon as he parked his car in front of his boyfriend’s bakery.
“Thank you” answered Satoshi, adjusting the bag on his shoulder. “How much do I owe you for the ride?”

“Can’t you see it in the taximeter?” Nino pointed at an imaginary device. “Twenty hot kisses.”

“All this?” he pretended to be shocked. “Maybe I should look for a new taxi driver starting tomorrow.”

“Really? And you believe he will offer you the same quality of service that I give you?” he teased him further, caressing the most sensible part of his boyfriend’s anatomy.

Satoshi moaned with the touch and licked his lower lip.

“Nino… I’m late to open the bakery…”

“So it won’t hurt for you to stay here for ten more minutes, will it? Or even less… I bet I can make you cum in less than five minutes” he stated, opening his boyfriend’s pants and attacking the proud erection with his daring lips.

Ohno sighed twenty minutes later, as soon as he saw Nino’s car turn the corner. He should have known that he wouldn’t be satisfied only with a simple oral sex, demanding a retribution. Luckily, at that time of the morning, there was no one walking on the street and he could give Nino the pleasure he wanted.

Still feeling his boyfriend’s kisses all over his neck and abdomen, besides the delicious tickling in his lower parts, he put the key in the hole, ready to begin his daily tasks.

However, he was surprised to realize that the door was already unlocked. He sighed in relief when he found Masaki sweeping the floor.

“Good morning!”

In spite of the cheerful reception, Ohno noticed there was something odd in Masaki’s smile.

“Good morning! What got into you? Have you fallen from the bed? I don’t remember ever seen you getting here earlier than me before. Even more in a Monday morning!”

“I woke up early, Riida.”

“It looks more as if you haven’t gone to bed yet? What are these dark circles around your eyes, Aiba-chan?”

“Nothing much. I just had some trouble sleeping in the last couple of days…”

“Does it have something to do with Jun? Has something happened between the two of you? I should have realized when he came to me yesterday asking me to give you this.”

Masaki received the envelope with his heart racing. He couldn’t help avoiding a shiver while counting the money. There it was; 50% of the agreed amount, exactly what Jun owed him for the end of the contract.

“Is it correct? Jun-kun asked me to check if this was the right amount. He told me you could return it if you believed it had more than agreed. He also told me he could send you more if there is something missing…”

“Tell your friend that it is correct” he answered with a broken voice, while putting the money in his back pocket.

“Why don’t you tell him yourself? And why didn’t he give you the money personally? Is everything alright between you two?”

“Yes, don’t worry. Just… now that our contract ended, I have no reasons to meet him. I believe he thinks the same regarding me.”

“Aiba…”

“Aren’t you late to start baking? We will be open in half an hour.”

Ohno considered pressuring him, but he was right. Besides, it was not of his business if they had a disagreement. By what he had seen from the couple so far, they would soon be fine again, without that stupid idea of a fake relationship.

Jun sighed as soon as he entered home. He threw his key over the coffee table and went straight to a bar he kept in the corner of his room. Four days had passed since his break up with Masaki - if he could call it like that the end of their relationship. After all, it had been just business. He needed a boyfriend and Masaki needed money. They had only united their needs in a professional transaction.

It was true that they had crossed the line during the agreement, trespassing some boundaries. After all, they were men with certain needs and, once they had agreed not to fall in love with one another, it could be considered that what they had made beyond the clauses had been just a mutual service. Nothing more.

When the contract expired, it was just natural for them to follow their own paths.

At least, that was how Jun was trying to face the fact that Masaki was no more a part of his life.

He picked up the ingredients to prepare a dry martini, unconsciously trying to mimic the barman’s gestures. When he realized it, he sighed in annoyance. Why? Why couldn’t he take him off his head?

The sight of him staring at him, hurt and offended, in the last time they had seen each other still hammered inside his head.

Feeling guilty, he caught himself several times during the day staring at Masaki’s name in his cellphone or rewriting the apologetic message he wanted to send him. Nonetheless, he was the one who said he didn’t want to see him anymore. What right he had to deny him that?

He could understand it, of course. His ex-boyfriend didn’t want to get involved into his problems anymore. And he couldn’t blame him.

He took a sip of his drink realizing that it wasn’t by far as tasty as the one that Masaki had prepared to him. Even then, the drink satisfied him. Nothing better to finish an endless and boring workday.

He was about to finish it in a gulp and go to his bedroom when the doorbell rang.

Could it be Masaki?

He placed the glass in the counter, not even noticing that he had broken one of his most strict rules when he didn’t use a coaster over the imported wood.

“Hello, Jun-chan…” said the newcomer with an eager voice. Before he could answer to it, his lips were caught in an urgent kiss.

“Are you drunk?” he asked when he managed to push the man from over him.

“No. It’s true that I had a couple of drinks before coming here, but… I’m very lucid, Jun. The thing is that I… I miss you…”

“Shun…”

“Please… I know you are not completely indifferent to me. Do you think I can’t notice how you bother whenever you see me beside Mayumi?”

“I don’t…”

“Will you deny it? Don’t you feel anything for me anymore?”

He didn’t protest when Shun’s lips covered his again. He placed his arms around the writer’s neck and followed his steps towards the couch.

Jun felt Masaki’s plump lips closing around his erection, sucking it gently. He let out a loud moan of pleasure, delighted and full of desire.

It was his first time surrendering to his instincts like that, getting in bed with someone with whom he had so little intimacy. Even with Shun, it had taken him a long time to indulge himself to the desire that consumed him whenever he had with his friend a more intimate contact. Even then, their first time would have never happened if it weren’t for the great amount of alcohol involved.
With Masaki, though, he felt a mysterious desire of going further, of letting himself go… of getting lost forever in those incredible lips.

Jun let Oguri lay him down in the soft couch and cover his body with his as he had done several times before
.
“You are so beautiful… I've missed your body so much, Jun…”

The stylist felt his eyes watering when he saw Shun’s stare over him, full of desire.

“Why are you looking at me like this, Jun-chan?” Masaki asked after letting him go with a smacking kiss.”

“You are gorgeous… how can you be so sexy?”

Masaki let out a hoarse laughter, climbing over his body and placing wet kisses all over his skin.

“Well… You’re not too far behind, my sensual boyfriend…”

That boyfriend word had a bittersweet taste… This would be their last weekend together. Was it right for him to surrender to his desire and spend a lifetime wondering how it could have been between them if they had a real relationship? However, since the moment when his boyfriend had dragged him from that Japanese garden and thrown him over their bedroom's futon, demanding his body as if it belonged to him, each one of his sensible thoughts had evaded from his mind.

Masaki pressed his body against his, covering his lips with a hot kiss. He would never admit it, but he was already completely addicted to his kiss and he was unable to deny anything to those sweet brown eyes.

He closed his eyes not to face Shun’s eyes and, impassive, he felt the man’s lips travelling over the skin of his neck, playing around for a while at the same time as his skillful hands started to get rid of his jacket.

Sending all his self-control to space, Jun grabbed Masaki by the waist, inverting their positions and then started to attack him with kisses and caresses.

He wanted to memorize each piece of that body in his mind forever.

He started by the caramel birthmark in his shoulder, the one that had intrigued him since day one. He licked it as if it was a candy, getting a new hoarse laughter as a reward, almost a moan. He then went down to the already hardened nipples, as tender and plump as the mouth for which he craved so much. He got to the defined abdomen, not very muscled, but enough to let him gorgeous with any piece of clothes.

Or without any of them, as he was in that very moment.

For some reason, he remembered the day when he saw him modelling naked for the art school students. He couldn’t define what he was feeling then, but, as that time, it was almost with anger that he pulled his boyfriend closer this time, kissing him with passion.

After finishing the task of stripping Jun of his clothes from waist up, Oguri started to play with the exposed skin, kissing every inch of it.

Without showing any reaction, Jun let himself be kissed, tears pooling in his eyes. The past, he would be actively engaged in the act, attacking the writer’s body with equal eagerness.

Still caressing Masaki with his lips, his hands started to become bolder and more provocative. It didn’t take long for him to take the man’s member in his mouth, teasing him until he heard him begging for more.

He hesitated just for a moment before starting to prepare the perfect body in front of his eyes with the assistance of a massaging oil he found in his bedroom, feeling it contracting around his fingers, anxious to receive him.

“Please, Jun… I can’t wait any longer.”

When their bodies finally became one, he realized he had never felt such a connection, both physical and emotionally, with anyone before.

That being, so impulsive and disorganized, had managed to make him throw away all his reason and just surrender without any control. He entered him hard and passionately, diving into the willing body further and further. He noticed Masaki’s moans becoming more intense, his nails almost hurting him in his attempt to pull him as closer as humanly possible.

He knew he had reached the right spot when the taller man trembled in pleasure, yelling his name in a husky and sexy voice.

When Shun seemed satisfied by playing with the upper body of the stylist, he turned his attention back to Jun’s fleshy lips.

“I want you…”

Shun raised his body, sitting over the slim body of the stylist and starting to work in the man’s pants, pulling his zipper with impatience. He hesitated, however, when he saw the handsome face beneath him covered in tears.

“Masaki…” he moaned as soon as his body fell over his partner, sweaty and out of air. He chanted it a few times, as a mantra, tasting the word as a symbol of their recently discovered intimacy and of the intense pleasure he had just experienced.

“Masaki...”

Shun felt his body paralyzing in a mix of disappointment and embarrassment when he heard Jun calling someone else’s name. Obviously it wasn’t with him that Jun wanted to be at that moment.

“You must love him very much” the writer said in a low and defeated tone.

“What?”

“Aiba-kun…” Shun softly wiped the tears running over Jun’s face. “Now I understand that he is special to you in a way that I never was.”

“It’s not true, Shun. I loved you!” he confessed in an impulse, barely noticing he used the verb in the past.

“No, Jun” the man answered with a sigh, sitting properly on the couch. “You have never looked at me the way you do to him. You never allowed me to touch you in public as you do with him… Never even showed any sign of jealousy… Have you any idea of how I felt when I saw you dragging him from that classroom the way you did? When I saw you kissing him in the Japanese garden, right after my engagement announcement? You have never given yourself to me like that!"

“How can you know?” he yelled, getting up with annoyance. “You never noticed my feelings. Never even considered our relationship…”

“What are you talking about?” it was Shun’s turn to raise his voice. “I’ve loved you! Since the first time I’ve seen you in that damn party! You were the one who decided that we didn’t have a commitment. How many times have you avoided talking about it? It was you who said we should see other people…”

“Because that is what I thought you wanted! You have told me you were a free spirit and that you weren’t used to get attached to anyone…”

“What? You got it all wrong… This was before I met you!”

Jun felt his chest hurting, his legs almost losing its strength. Shun was telling him that the reason they weren’t together right now was just a misunderstanding?

“You have never said you loved me” he said, in a sad tone.

“Neither have you. I waited for a word of you as a fool, but it never came. Eventually, I got tired. I believed you weren’t someone to get involved. Even then, I hoped…” He licked his lower lip before concluding. “I bet all my cards in that specialization in America, believing that it would force you to take an action.”

“It was you who decided to move away. You believe I didn’t suffer when you told me? But, what was I supposed to do? Getting on my knees and beg you not to leave?”

“Exactly! If you had been sincere since the beginning…”

“You talk about sincerity, but it was you who came from America with a fiancée and rubbed your happiness in my face without preparing me first!” remembered Jun, with resentment.

“Mayumi saved me, Jun. When I was desperately suffering for an unrequited love. If it weren’t for her, I would have never endured those nights mulling over your indifference. Besides, who are you to accuse me? In my absence you even got yourself a boyfriend!”

“Masaki is not my boyfriend!” he yelled, without thinking. “Not anymore…” he corrected himself, regretting his impulse. He was too proud to confess about the contract. “We broke up. I’ve made something he didn’t like it and… he hates me now…”

Shun smiled.

“You think so? It’s not what it seemed to me when I saw him two hours ago at the Firefly.”

“You've gone after him? Did you say something to him?” he asked with his heart racing. He would never forgive Shun if he had hurt Masaki. He had already managed to do it by himself with a standing ovation.

“Of course not!” the writer exclaimed, offended. “I just wanted to understand… I was trying to figure why you are so attached to him in a way you never was to me.”

“How is he? Did he say something about me?”

“He said that you are meddlesome, proud and stupid. He also said something about you being a masochist and that you would make an excellent maid… Have you cleaned his house or something?”

“I… It’s just that he is so disorganized… But, this is not the point here, Shun!”

“Impressive… You can’t see it, do you? The way your eyes sparkle whenever you talk about him?”

“He is special… He has a free and enviable spirit. He is strong, determined, a man of decision. He is also full of problems, but he does his best. Even after all he been through, he never fails to captivate us with his amazing smile.”

Oguri smiled sadly at that.

“No matter how much it pains me to admit it; I have to tell you this, at least once, in case you haven’t noticed it yourself: you are in love, Jun.”

“Shun…”

“We ended up parting ways because our pride didn’t allow us to expose our feelings when we had the chance. I loved you, Jun. I still do, but I also want to be loved and I know you can’t give me that. I just came here today to know it for sure….”

“I’m so sorry, Shun.”

“Don’t be” he smiled. “I know I will be happy beside Mayumi and I hope you to be happy too. Go after your happiness, Jun.”

“I have no idea how…”

“It’s simple” Shun said, opening the door of the apartment. “Leave this damn pride aside and be honest with your feelings for the first time in your life!”
