Mr. Mousie's comment on seeing my current LJ background: 'Why do you have a picture of two Japanese people having sex?' ROFL. To my response of 'They are not Japanese and he is just kissing her good night' he responded 'Ah, so he is at the thank you stage.' Heeee.

W Juliet is one of my all-time favorite manga (next to Meru-Puri, Fruits Basket & HanaKimi) - it's light & fluffy w/out any major angst but it had uber-sweet romantic moments throughout. I just finished a reread last week as I needed some good consistent romance after my last several disappointing dramas. ah bliss...another W Juliet fan...that book is really otp heaven...i mean, even my pet otp that I figured would never happen happened(Toki and Nobuko)

I hope Viz licenses W Juliet 2 soon.

yes, though i think it only recently started. I have no idea if it's being scanslated or not...it takes a lot to get me to check out scanslations, and most of the scanslations on my puter are for iconning and picposts.

I found it - thanks! Only one chapter & a side-story scanlated so far. I hope it gets licensed asap. And maybe we'll get another character book or even an artbook out of it!

I am definitely enjoying it. It's too angstless for me to go rabid over (the only exceptions to must have angst rule are MeruPuri and Wallflower, but there I love the artwork in both and they have off-kilter funniness) but it's very sweet.

MeruPuri had mild angst when he temporarily forgot her. It didn't last very long but it really wasn't happy during that short time. (or course, some of the most squee-worthy stuff happened during that period, too.)
