They are both selfish, dysfunctional, from ice-cold families, with little understanding of how healthy relationships work (and what healthy partner choices look like) and I have no idea if they will end up together (while everyone knows our sweet main OTP totally will). So of course I ship them like mad.
I didn't ship them in the beginning, when she was just this cooky sweet and clingy commoner girl and he was this emotionally unavailable blue blood, but the moment we found out she is neither as sweet nor as simple as she seemed but has major dysfunction, self-absorption and blue blood as her own background (and as he started showing vulnerabilities of his own), I was a goner. I mean, they are a trainwreck. And I love trainwrecks.
