You know how it goes - you get so excited about a particular cast of an upcoming drama only for the actors to pull out (Hong Gil Dong - though in this case I preferred the new cast). I have to say Triple was a reverse disappointment -- my interest died when Kang Ji Hwan dropped out, but I gave it a chance anyway and now I'm utterly in love with Lee Jung Jae, can't imagine anyone else playing the character.

Iron Empress- I wanted to love it but after the 2nd episode where basic and logical tactics were abandoned in favour of a showy fight scene I knew it wasn't the drama for me.
Peach Girl-Love the manga but my word the drama was terrible.

A smaller one was "Powerful Opponents" - the ending was rather odd, but I really saw it coming and also now when I think about it I don't dislike the ending THAT much.
I agree with the comment above about Triple to be a good example of reverse - I liked Kang Ji Hwan much more than Lee Jung Jae before the drama but I am totally smitten by Lee Jung Jae now.
