So I cooked asian food for the first time for Kelly and it turned out great! I cooked up extra firm tofu with some garlic and put in some rice wine, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Once that was cooked I threw in the vegetables (Asparagus, Broccoli, Tomato, Red/Green/Yellow Bell Pepper, and Onion). Threw in a little more rice wine and seasoned it up with black pepper, oregano, and ginger. It cooked perfectly. Then I served it on top of some brown rice I cooked, along with a side of spring rolls with sweet chili sauce. The only problem I ran into was that I didn't drain the tofu so there is a little more liquid then there should have been but it still turned out good. On the Kelly scale it's an 8+ (out of 10). So that makes this one a keeper. Here are a couple pictures after I dished up some seconds!
