prompt number tres!!!!
For some reason this prompt is terribly hard to comment on for me. Mostly because i'm not so sure if shame really does affect heroism or stupidity. I suppose that it can draw stupidity. I think that might be like when Rat shoots the baby buffalo, but just leaves it sitting there when its still alive. i think that his emotions overtake him and he kind of goes nuts and doesn't really realize what he is doing because the emotions are so powerful.
And now the more i think about it, maybe shame can really make you drive to acts of heroism. For instance, if you notice that if you talk to any veteran that they will most likely say that they are ashamed to kill men that were just like themselves, yet they did such a heroic thing for the country.
So i suppose that both heroism and stupidity are connected to shame. Sorry if this post isn't really that great, but its the best i can do! this topic was so hard! so if anybody has any questions for me to answer to help me along in this topic please share! thanks a bunch!
