being optimistic
LAST NIGHT IN ORLANDO
So I am sitting here in my dorm room with white walls with nothing left. I just got home from seeing stick it (best movie ever) and I decided to reflect on this past year. And then I realized I had a great freshmen year. I've met SO many great people and made so many friendships that I will keep forever. I have strengthened past friendships, lost a friend, and become closer to my sisters. I was in an Independent guard(and btw, made finals at world). I ate at the marketplace the entire and year and I am OK with that. I found what I want to do in life. I've set goals for myself, long-term and short-term. I went to DISNEY just for the heck of it and I loved it!
Things to look forward to for the summer:
--hanging out with Brittany and Cassie!!!
--Traveling ALOT (New York, cali, bahamas, Amelia island, ft. lauderdale, and of course disney)
--babysitting=easy paying job
--HCC classes(I'm trying to stay positive)
--kenny chesney and friends concert
--being with my sisters probably for the last summer for awhile
--coming back to orlando to see people...(oh and so kara, jena and vicky can see their boys)
--ft. wilderness with wesley!!!!!
--getting in shape
--getting wisdom teeth out
Things to Look forward to for the fall:
--living with courtney....can't wait!
--being in charge of homecoming activities for URSA
--seeing everyone again
--joint brithday dinner with danielle the weekend after the first week of classes
--winter guard or working at disney....or both??
--bible study again with tracy!
--living so close to vicky....we're going to have so much fun
--being a Lead Mentor!
--eric going to valencia=being super close to me
so i have nothing to complain about basically, life has been good and i am a strong believer that everything has and does happen for a reason. I am not sure what this summer is going to bring for me and I don't know if it will be good or bad things.
So yes, i guess this is me being optimistic....
