Character Age: At least a few hundred years if not a lot more but looks to be between mid 20s and early 30s or so.

Personality: Wilhelmina is a reserved and quiet person. She does not speak more than necessary and always does what is needed with little extra. This makes her relations with others a little difficult as she does not share emotions very well. This is not to say she does not feel them as much as she does not display or act on them very well. This is shown quite a lot in the way she raised Shana. She never thought it necessary to give Shana a name as the only other person than herself and the girl was Alastor, the one who Shana was going to contract with. They referred to Shana generally as "the girl" or the subject of her was simply implied based on the subject manner of the conversation. She never thought it important to teach her anything beyond basic knowledge and combat either leaving many things a mystery such as love, and sex.
Despite having raised Shana since a baby their relationship seems cold and distant due to how Wilhelmina acts towards her, but this is misleading. She cares a great deal for her. Once it was said she was only going this far to fulfill an oath, but she denies this having developed feelings for the girl as a mother might for their own child. She struggles quite a bit trying to keep a line between indulging Shana and not spoiling her in order to make her a great warrior. In the end though she falls closer to spoiling and will do things that could be considered out of her way for the sake of Shana.
She is a calculating individual that assess an entire situation before acting regardless of what it is. In a fight she generally waits until the enemy has shown most their cards before exposing any of her own and will not engage in senseless battles when it is simpler and more cost effective to run away. However, she is extremely quick on her feat and has an amazing reaction time. This is mostly due to her thinking ahead. She is known as the Manipulator of Objects for her ability to think three steps ahead like a chess player. She and Tiamat make a good team because of this as they are both very calculating and rather straight to the point, though Tiamat is rather curt and does not like talking to others much.
Abilities: Wilhelmina is a Flame Haze and is contracted to Tiamat, her special ability is to summon and control an infinite amount of ribbons. The Heavenly Vessel that Tiamat uses to communicate with her is called Persona. It can switch between a maids headband and a mask that has hundreds if not more ribbons attached to it like hair. This enables her to act quicker and is easier for her to fight as she does not need to summon them to begin with. She can make her ribbons take various forms, including making perfect replicas of people and objects. She can also use unrestricted spells, fly, increased strength and other bonuses like other Flame Haze.
Tiamat does not reside so much in Persona as she is inside Wilhelmina. Persona is only method of communication, and in Whilelmina's case an added accessory for easier combat.
