let me just start this entry with i love amanda lucy wanat and her family very much. today was a really fun day for me. i went with amanda to her great uncle's barbeque in bloomfield. i had pretty much met everyone there already, but it was good to re-meet them. we ate pretty much as soon as we got there. we just sat around with some of her cousins before we had almost a group decision to go into the pool. i was going in slowly because the water was kinda cold but matt decided to be a jerk and push me in. anyways, there was a game of keep away going on it was me, alysia, tony, sabrina, and kristina against amanda, stevie, jessica, and stephanie. the game ended rather quickly and i just swam around for a little while before me and manda went outside and just sat around and played some frisbee with her uncles. then we got back in a little while later and played the most intense pool bball i have ever played, ever. it was me, her uncle nick (karim), matt, and vinny against her uncle joe, amanda, her uncle sal, and stephanie. the game was close pretty much the whole way, but we had to play that you won by 2 points. so we ended up losing 11 to 13. but we tried and i think we did rather good. we went inside and met up with her like 3rd cousin twice removed who was drunk off of his ass, he was 14 by the way. he was pretty funny, but i'm convinced that he was faking some of it. anyways, me, amanda, jonathon, tony, vinny, and alysia just chilled in the basement playing pool, trying to cover up for jonathon, and talking about movies and such. everyone kinda just was filtering out so me, manda, and vinny took a walk like halfway down the street and back. then we went to go talk on the front steps for a little while. then we ate dinner and played with abriana for a little while. then we played with sparklers for like 20 minutes. it was ridiculous. we got bored of that after a while and we felt bad that we were using so many since there were a lot of little kids. so we joined tony, jonathon and vinny in the hot tub for like 10 minutes before the boys changed before fireworks. we sat really close at first, and backed up a lot and formed our own clique sitting in this order - kristina, matt, lindsay, amanda, vinny behind her, me, and then tony. the debris was crazy and like we showered in it because there was so much. i ended up with my sunglasses on for eye protectors and my hood on, even though tony was making fun of me for both of them. the fireworks were really good, and i had a lot of fun sitting around and joking with tony and amanda. i got a parachute thingy at the end and tony tried stealing it from me, but i always win, so of course i got it. the boys brought a table back next door and everyone else cleaned up and said their goodbyes. manda's uncle nick in the coolest, he's so funny. although, her uncle joe is hysterical too. i love her family so much. all of her cousins like tony, vinny, stephanie and stevie are so nice. i hope they all go to matt's grad party so i can hang out with them. manda said the next time they do, i get to come! i'm really excited for that! some good quotes of the night:
