I've been able to resist Grey's. However, House has long since gotten its claws into me.
I'm not complaining.
And congrats on the date with the short Jewish boy! My dad wants nothing more in life than for me to marry a nice Jewish boy. I think that's why he's thrilled that I'm going to live on a kibbutz when I get out of the Air Force. Because he met and married and had a kid with Sue when he was living on that same kibbutz, and he's holding out hope that I might follow suit. Sans the kid until I'm thirty. And the divorce that ineveitably followed.
Wow, just told you a big ol' chunk of my life history in a neat succint paragraph. Haha, well, welcome to Erin's world.
You're coming to a kibbutz? AHH! Which?! Ah, I love the kibbutz. I do. I live in a city; it's wee, but it's near Tel-Aviv, so there's lots of noise and cars, and I've always wanted to live in Ma'agan Michael where it's quiet and gorgeous. They have their own beach. If you need any help with anything coming to Israel, let me know anytime. I'm here for now. :)
A kibbutz is probably the best way there is to meet gorgeous Jewish guys. Kibbutz guys are the hottest guys in the world, I swear. My ex (said Gal) is a kibbutznick and he's absolutely gorgeous. I'm jealous!
That's the one - Ma'agan Michael. My dad, aunt, two uncles, and oldest sister all spent a year or so there, and they all speak about it like the best times of their lives. My oldest sister lives in Karmiel with her gorgeous husband who, yes, she met on a kibbutz. Maybe it's something in the water :)
I'm not coming for a couple of years - I've still got two years left in the Air Force, but I'm coming. I've wanted to do this all my life.
they're right to love it, Ma'agan Michael is the most beautiful kibbutz in Israel. A lot of people agree on this. I know so many people who live there and they're all amazing. I think you'll really have the time of your life, the experience is out of this world.
Honestly, I can't wait. I spent a whopping two weeks in Israel eight years ago, and I fell in love. It's still in my blood. I'm so jealous that you live there :)
