Yes.. I'm feeling blah.. I'm so bored right now.. I'm enjoying my 2 hour break, but have realized that although i wanted to run the Terry Fox run, I wont be able to, because it will take me awhile and i have class at 12:30.
There goes my plan to save to world.. (heh..)
I'm learning some interesting things about health and nutrition in my kineseology class.. Its really interesting.. There are so many things i didnt realize- like what each organ in our body does for instance. I have never known what the pancreas does.. now i do.. Its cool.
I'm also finding myself wanted to diagnose my family and friends when they arent feeling well.. Course i am not a doctor and it can be anything..
I know i am a teacher, not a doc.. so i will stop..
I'm saving to go away in may.. I have a lot of options.. I want to apply for PDP.. but i also want some teaching experience before i apply. With the impending teacher's strike, i dont think that will happen much.
I'm sitting here at school, wishing i was at the pub, writing my LJ.. I'm beside a guy i've nicknamed Elvis.. not because his name is anything remotely close to Elvis.. but because it was fun. And quite frankly.. because i can.. (hehe)
He has saved my neck quite a few times with my computer impatience.. thank god for men.
I went out with my friend Amie last night. She just got back from a year trip around Europe. She was based in Whales, but was able to see Italy, France and many others. I was envious..
I think its because of my potential burn out that i am so determined to go to Europe this time around.. I need to get some experience and make some money.. pronto. And i cant do it here in Canada.
WE had a great visit, and she stiffled my fears about going away. For instance, I dont want to leave m,y family, my friends and my boyfriend.. but i need to do this..
She really helped me out.. I was freaking, not really sure which option to pursue.
Bought a cool bracelet for me.. looks really cool and will be an asset to my silver collection.. Will wear it for my sister's birthday on sat..
