Can anyone really dismantle an atomic bomb?

I dont even know where to start. Tommy and i went to the states on Thursday, after helping my overly-demanding sister pack for three hours. How many pairs of shoes does a person need in four days?! apparently the magic number is six.. because that is how many my sister brought. *sigh*
So Tommy and i went to the states. They have good chocolate bars there, and you get more bang for your buck (where food is concerned...). We met up with his friend and watched Police Acadamy II which was very amusing.. up until i fell asleep from pure exhaustion. Slept for about 5 hours, and offered to drive the next day because i had had more sleep than Tommy. We had two main objectives while driving: to get Taco Bell, and to have fun. Well i think we accomplished the second, but not the first. We did stop in Bellis Fair so Tommy could pick up coffee for his mother, but that didnt happen. I ended up buying a jewlery set for the wedding this coming saturday.

But i was concerned about being back in time for the U2 concert, and I was worried about Tommy's lack of sleep and his birthday party that evening.
Got back to Canada at around 230, hightailed it to the first mexican place we could see, and sped to my house so i could change for Bono.
I asked Tommy to bring my stuff to his house, and i proceeded to go downtown. I met my sister's best friend Steve at Whitespot before the concert. He's like my big brother and i constantly update him on my life. Unfortunatly, i havent seen him in almost a year, and havent met his soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend who he was still upset about breaking up with. The thing i love most about Steve is his honesty- he tells you exactly what he thinks, but in a polite and understanding way. He's just great. A little indecisive, but great.

Anyway, he treated me to dinner, and walked me to the concert at the Garage. The lucky bastard had floor seats, so he had to go to a different gate. My wonderful boyfriend got me a really awesome seat in the reds, just behind the stage. It was an awesome seat, and i was SOOOO Thrilled to be in it. I bought my stuff before the concert started (a shirt and two posters) and made my way to my seat where i talked to the girl beside me until Bono graced us with his presence. The woman behind me told me that she would be sitting down when U2 came on because she has weak knees. I told her that i would be standing for the entire show, and that i was sorry to hear about her ailment, but i wasnt sitting when everyone in front of my was also standing up.

The concert was probably the best i have ever seen in my life. Not life changing, but certainly awe inspiring.

After three encores and a message to send to the Prime Minister of Canada about hunger, U2 left the stage and i walked to skytrain to go to Tommy's party.
I was picked up at Rupert and whisked off to the party. I realized all to quickly that half the people were drunk and i was quite sober. So sober, in fact, that i was trying to find something to do. Tommy was sick, and I kept getting hugs from all my drunk guy friends.. Very cute, and a little overwhelming as well.
Didnt get to bed until 4 ish and got up later than i anticipated for my friend;s stagette. Picked up my bridesmaids dress (thanks to Tommy) and was hurded to Metrotown where Tommy was watching a movie with friends. I had a lot to carry, was meeting my mom at scott road and had to hightail across the mall.. with the slowest people in the universe in front of me. Skytrain was delayed 20 min.. And i was half an hour late for my mom. I bought the rest of the supplies i needed for that night, changed and took off to pick up my friend Marta and the bride-to-be. We dressed the bride in Hawaiian garb and drove to the first location in Kits. We asked that she bring her inflatable husband whom she received for her bridal shower. The manager at the first restaurant made a 12'penis and asked for assistance attaching it to the doll. He was our mascot the rest of the evening. WE took a pic with "monte" (as I called him) and took off to the Urban Well, with Monte hanging onto the bride's backside.

I have never seen men so facinated with a fake penis in my entire life. Almost every man in the bar would come up to Monte and make a comment. One guy even un zipped his pants, and we were mortified at the idea of him whipping out his own tool to compare to Monte's. (Though i KNOW Monte would have won). WE got the bride drunk, and very slowely, made our way back to my car so i could drive her home.

Called tommy and the poker clan and dropped by with my friend Marta to show her the poker fun. Stayed briefly and drove her and myself home.
Yesterday i had to check my sister;s appartment, go to my mom's concert and meet my friend's family from Finland..

I had a busy day.. and now i am at school, wondering what i have gotton myself into.. Am i crazy?!
