Today was better
I didn't really do anything today, but it was good. Momma got me up around 10:30, which means that I might actually start keeping a more normal schedule (I kinda ruined it with the whole Disney trip, because I got so exhausted, and then once I got home I just crashed)
My dad came over, and it was really nice getting to be with him. It's been a while. We showed him Dr. Horrible, and I read Half Blood Prince to Gavi, and I did a lot of sudoku.
Momma and Ima were gone for most of the day, but when they got home we hung out for a while, and watched Ace of Cakes. It was nice.
And now, I'm in my room, and for once not feeling that depressed, not missing people as much. Yeah, it's still there, but I'm trying to get out of how shitty I feel, and start getting back into the groove of real life. I have Jazz and Pointe tomorrow, and then there's a bonfire at Danny's. I think I'll probably spend the night, but I'm not sure, and I haven't talked about it with anyone yet.
I've been listening to old episodes of PotterCast, which is just SO dorky. But it's really fun, and weird to hear them talking about old, old news. They're at the Goblet of Fire movie release in this one I'm listening to right now, and it's so strange, looking back to when I saw it, at midnight, all dressed up in my robes. It was awesome. I'm gonna try and get my Leaky Lounge account to work again, so I can actually post again. Not sure what happened to that.
And I'm really, really getting excited about Portland. I just can't believe there will be so many people I know and love, right there, so close to me. I'm not really used to it at all, and I have no idea what to expect at all. It's all really new, and I really want to just start packing right now.
I need to start working on my novel again. When december came around I thought I would take a break, and then there was Nutcracker, and then I was planning for Disney World, and I haven't really done anything with it in a long while. It'll be nice to get back to it. I kinda miss it.
And last but not least, I changed the theme of my friends page, and it's really pretty. I just picked something, and I really liked the first thing I clicked on. I'm a fan. Click on my name and take a look!
