Terry Pratchett died
I'm sure you all have heard already, but Terry Pratchett passed away. I've only read a few of his books, but they were a lot of fun. Terry wrote wonderful stories and I'm sure helped many people through tough times via laughter. RIP. -
HR Giger has died
He was the man who created the Aliens look, along with tons of other creepy monsters. Hard to believe he is gone. RIP. -

NCSoft axes Paragon Studios/City of Heroes
I played City of Heroes for several years. I really liked the game. It was getting a bit long in the tooth, but I figured they'd just make CoH2 sometime soon. Instead, NCSoft just closed Paragon Studios and fired many of the employees there. Blah.Harry Harrison passed away
