Update
A recap of today
woke up in the very early hours of the morning to catch the train. I go to buy a weekly ticket on eftpos, only to be told that my card has been declined. So Kate's Dad had to come and give us money so that I could get to Melbourne and so that we could eat.
Met up with Lizzie in the morning, then had an interview with a recruitment agency about this newspaper telemarketing job. It was a group interview and it all seemed to go smoothly. The lady from there said I was very strong and should be fine in the next interview, which is tomorrow at 11:30.
So apparently my pay will go through this evening. I could defs do with $280, that's for sure. So yeah, won't go to Comeback Kid/SOIA tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Actually. They will tell me at the interview if I get the job or not. If I get it, I'll go. If I don't get it, I won't go. Makes sense to me. Unless that show is sold out, then I won't go either. Whatevs really.
I'm thinking about doing some sort of course of study. Can't really decide what to do at the moment. But I think it would be a good idea to strengthen future opportunities. Today I got a call, a while back I applied for a job being a talent co-ordinator. That position was filled, but they asked me if I would be interested in doing any work at all being an extra. So I have some forms to fill in and stuff, some of the positions actually pay very well. Which is kind of suprising really.
Anyway. I'm going to go and clean up our room a little bit. It is a bit of a shambles.
