26 hours...

We've made it 26 hours with Miss Lexi, and I think she's definitely home here.  She's curled up on the floor next to me, because I ran her wiggle butt ragged today.  I don't think she's used to so much activity!  She's smaller than I thought she was from her picture, but she can really jump to make up for it!  She's knocked Jenny on her tuckus a few times, which Jenny finds hysterical (and so does her mother) and Max has announced that he "wants Lexi to stay for a long, long, long, LONG time."  That's the plan, kiddo...

Speaking of Max, he starts kindergarten on August 20th (not that I'm counting days or anything...), and we just got a "well, I don't think we need to see him anymore" from his neurologist.  YAY!  He still has some issues to work on, and will continue Occupational & Speech therapy, but really, he's made so much progress this year it's scary.  I feel very lucky :-)

Curt is starting a new project at work that he's excited about, and my work schedule has settled down a bit, and I'm excited about that.  I have a new article coming out next week (note to self: write article) about Prismacolor markers.  I'm sure SOMEBODY on my friends list will care.  Probably Tigan.  Maybe Glarehead.

Lexi just started snoring.  I guess she really does feel at home :-)
