I Feel Like a Woman
So today I sat around doing laundry and baking. This is the first time I made fudge, so I hope it turns out good. It looks pretty good, so I think I'm in the clear. I even pulled off the double-boiler thing pretty well too, though the chocolate seemed to take forever to melt. Next time I'm going to break the squares in half. Hopefully my overly-warm fridge doesn't keep either of my batches too warm. :/
Also my dad unexpectedly called me. We're gonna go out for dinner Saturday night it looks like. Sadly I didn't buy him a present this year so I feel a little guilty. Maybe I'll give him some cookies.
Well that's all for now. I think I might do some tidying up around the house...
