A few weekend 1st!!
This weekend was a nice and enjoyable family oriented couple of days that came with a few first timers!!
1.) Mackenzie got bit on the upper arm by my coworkers son. They were playing inside a Little Likes house and Brendan wanted to sit in the chair that Mackenzie had been hogging all morning. He bit her pretty hard as it was deep and even turned red from the blood under the skin. My coworker was so sorry and I guess it was a first for her son. I know she couldn't have done anything about it as Mackenzie has no concept of sharing at all!!
2.) We went to an indoor play center called Jungle Java. Mackenzie played on the toddler toys and I even took her up into the big two story play structure. She had a blast and it was a nice change as being stuck inside with this heat is getting old!!
3.) She learned how to blow kisses and it is the most adorable thing in the world. I am going to see if we can get it on video tonight so that we can keepsake and share!!
Overall it was a nice weekend as it felt like I got to spend some real quality time with DH and DD!!
