Does this make me a bad mother?

I set Alex down on his stomach on a blanket while I went to grab some water. When I turned him over I saw that he had spit up all over the blanket and managed to rub his face in it. My first instinct was to take his picture before wiping his face off. Does this make me a bad mother?
Oh, and of course I laughed while wiping off his face.
