Life = Joke: part II

Here's the latest installment of my life as a joke.

Sunday night after waiting till past 5 pm to leave Tulsa, I stopped at QT to fill up with gas so that I wouldn't have to stop on the way back to Dallas (normal).  Well, I get out, pump the gas (normal), go to the restroom (normal), and attempt to open the car door to get back in but I break the handle off the door (not normal).  Yes folks, I'm officially super-human, and I can rip handles right off doors.  Better watch out.  So now, I have to get in my car from the passenger side, because I RIPPED THE HANDLE OFF MY DOOR!  It broke off right in my hand (not effing normal).  And it's going to cost $200 to get it fixed.

This is my life as a joke.

On a totally different note.  I met a wonderful woman today while I was hanging out with my mom during her chemo treatment.  She spoke no english and she was sitting with her son while he was receiving his chemo.  We had a nice conversation in which she complimented my spanish, and told me that I was a gift from god because people with hearts like mine are rare in this world.  This after a 20 minute conversation.  She really made my day.  What a wonderful woman.  I wonder if she could fix my door...
