Pete said, let's do something spontaneous. Who wants Patrick to play something acoustic?
And the crowd made a lot of noise.
And Patrick looked at Pete, and then he walked over to Pete and whispered to him. (Uh oh, telling secrets, Joe said.)
And then Patrick went back to his mike and said, I hope I remember this, I haven't played it since high school.
And then he did an acoustic cover of Let's Get It On.
And the crowd made a lot of noise.
He finished, and Pete and Andy and Joe came back onstage, and Patrick said, you owe me, Pete.
And Pete said, I'll make it up to you in the back of the bus later.
And I died.
More tomorrow, after Rae and I have gone to CANADA and done the meet and greet at HMV after which we'll go to ANOTHER show and then drive back to Washington and put Rae on a plane and I'll somehow make it through eight hours of work. :D!
P.S. Rae says to mention that she has wee clips of said performance. And I think she wants me to come to bed now, so I'm going to do that. We love you all, don't eat the community while we're off gathering canon for your asses.
