i actually kind of like that name.
last night dylan and i cooked some rock star spaghetti and meatballs (meatsquares), salad, garlic bread and lemon-blueberry streusel-type stuff and had adam, sam and asher over. it was a good time with lots of cheap wine and the food turned out great. asher was entertained by the dr. seuss movies that dylan gave him, and all in all, it was a really nice evening. i felt like a real grown-up, having people over for dinner at our apartment.
tonight jen and sam are supposed to be coming over, but i guess i'll have to wait and find out if that is actually happening because i wouldn't be suprised if people didn't want to brave winter 2.0 by coming over here. i even was sent home early from perkins because they felt bad for me having to walk there and then not even really get any tables. bridget also gave me free breakfast for my trouble, which she totally didn't have to do, but it was nice.
tomorrow we're going up to sparta to visit dylan's grandma before having dinner with his parents. then it is off to see the ring 2, which i hope does not disappoint me. i've never seen ringu 2 (or ringu 0), so i don't really know what it's supposed to be about.
now i am just going to enjoy being in my cozy, warm apartment and zone out to cable and possibly take a nap.
