Second Minion To The Right (G)
Here we go again. Another fight with the humans on Battlestar Gallactica. Another pointless episode in this miserable, meaningless war. I wonder if any of my fellow centurions would mind if I started coming out with stuff like ‘Resistance Is Useless’, or perhaps even ‘Prepare to be assimilated’? Just to relieve the boredom a bit, you understand? Probably best not to. I don’t want any of them looking at me too closely, asking awkward questions. I just want to get through this particular series of unfortunate events and get back to the restaurant. Wait for the end of time, wait for the others to show up.
From the beginning of the Universe to the end of the Universe is a long time, you see. Bizarre improbabilities come into play, especially if you’re me. That’s how I ended up amongst this bunch of psychotic androids. I went into a voluntary snooze mode for an aeon, and when I woke up, here I was, on a ship full of them, prodding and poking me, trying to work out if I was One Of Them or Not. After witnessing what happened to the Nots I decided to play along. It’s not hard to play along when you’ve got a brain the size of a planet. Although I wish one of them would do something about this terrible pain in all the diodes down my left side.
Anyway, you seem mostly harmless, so I’ll not tell them you’re here. I wish I could say it’s been nice talking to you. But now I’d better go and be menacing for a bit.
