[[ Came running from
here ]]Xemnas literally barged into the chapel. The first thing the Nobody did was closing the doors, attempting to lose the spiders. He slightly leaned against the doors, trying to catch his breath. It was then he took a look at his surroundings. Because of the moonlight shining through the windows, he could see well enough

Luckily for Sanzo, he was immune to Goku's puppy dog look. For the most part. It helped that he'd been over-exposed to it, so it was definitely much easier saying a flat-out "no" to the monkey's face. And he certainly wasn't going to feel guilty at stopping the idiot from making that headlong rush like that.
Sanzo pushed ahead into the chapel.
They weren't alone. There was another male prisoner here, with strange, youkai-like white hair and tan skin, but that was it... at least as far as he could tell in the limited light. The monk swept the flashlight beam across the empty room, taking note of the pew rows, the organ.
He turned to Goku. "Split up, and check around for anything interesting." Sanzo murmured. "But don't go too far."

Suddenly, the doors opened. Xemnas quickly turned around, fully expecting for the two spiders to stand in the entrance, ready to devour him to the bone. The Superior was incapable to be frightened, so at least his mind wouldn't be deluded when cornered. But the idea still didn't appeal to him. He was weakened, unarmed...fighting would be unwise. Unlike certain other Nobodies, he was anything but reckless. So until he had a way to defend himself, it would be best to avoid unnecessary confrontations.
It only turned out to be two of the other patients. They didn't mean no harm, it seemed. The Nobody observed them as they started to investigate the chapel. He shot them a questioning look.
What could they possibly hope to find here?

Although he could guess: there was a limited number of hallways leading here, and if the creatures outside were a hint, then it was possible that he ran in to escape them. It was hard to tell: the other patient was surprisingly calm -i f only startled at their arrival - for having been chased into the room by those things.
Even if the other man - although it was possible that it was because numbers were on their side - made no aggressive moves, Sanzo was still going to keep his distance
