It was somewhat relieving to reach an area devoid of potential individuals to sink one's teeth in. Even though at this point, he'd almost call them a 'snack'.

Though, now that Tenzen actually paid it any attention, the wound upon his shoulder seemed to have lessened in pain slightly. After making sure the hallway was empty, he dared to spare a look onto his wound, and noticed to his surprise the rot had seemed to reverse slightly. Though the ninja remained skeptic, at least this seemed to be good news. The last thing he wanted was to turn in some animated, moaning corpse!

Almost there. 622 kept moving fast, carefully focused on what was in front of him, blocking out anything that flickered in his peripheral vision. It wasn't real. It was just like when he hadn't gotten sleep in too long and started getting twitchy, that was all.
