A whole bunch of absolutes with no borders; even if Yukari couldn't actually perceive these factors as she would naturally, her mind still registered them. Nothing easily manipulable

Anise walked to the end of the hallway, peeking around the furthermost corner just to make sure Luke wasn't already waiting for her outside M5. It didn't look like there was much of anyone out and about, so she stepped away from the doorway, standing to the side of it so she didn't block traffic (or get tripped over by somebody tall).
This was probably far enough. She could wait here for Luke.
She didn't feel too comfortable standing around alone in a dark, dangerous hallway, but at least she had a flashlight to see any approaching danger, and a pipe to smack it away with. And Tokunaga! Which, while she wasn't sure it would be much help at all, the girl felt safer just having it with her.
Seven. Luke knew seven people here, and he wondered if that was common. Mukuro briefly tried to imagine any of the Vongola here and that made him smile a little. They would not enjoy this place, not that he was, but such fragile children would be terribly ill suited for this darkness.
"Seven friends? Or just seven people you know?" Mukuro asked Luke as they walked. It did put a damper on using Luke as anything other than information and a connection, but... well, he was in a better mood than before.
"Seven..." Something, Luke wasn't sure how to end that. Three friends, an Emperor, an original that hated him, a master that betrayed him, and a fellow replica that wanted to destroy everything was a little complicated. "...I care about all of them," he finally replied, but it still came out a little non-committal. That was all a long story, one that was still depressing to think about

During the wait, several people had passed by Anise. For a moment, she thought she heard Luke's voice as one group passed through, but decided she had to be mistaken. Whoever it was came from the wrong direction, anyway. If he sounded like Luke, it was probably that Haseo guy. She hadn't seen him in a while, but maybe he was still around.
After a few more minutes of unfamiliar faces, the girl finally caught sight of the redhead, together with someone she'd never seen before. Eager to get moving, Anise took a few bouncy steps forward to meet him. But instead of a cheerful greeting, she gave him an exaggerated pout. "Boooo. It's rude to make a lady wait!" she scolded Luke. She hadn't really waited that long, but it had been so long since she last had a chance to tease Luke that she couldn't resist guilt-tripping him a little

It appeared as if he were out early tonight; the hallway appeared mostly empty. Keeping his flashlight off for the time being - he knew these hallways well by now - Javert continued on his way.
Endrance's footsteps echoed through the mostly-empty hallway. It was almost eerie, but pretending this was a dungeon helped just a little. He nodded to himself once, then set out for the next hall.
Junpei passed through the hallway at the end of the rooms. He shined his flashlight around once before deciding the Head Doctor's snoring must have scared all the monsters away.

No voices yet, and only a few pairs of footsteps in the distance. Scourge must be out early. Good, maybe that meant he could make it to Lugnut and Blitzwing in time to still have a decent excuse.
Scourge moved on softly, still holding the pan close to his chest.
