[from

It was simply a matter of remembering which door led into the cold room. The more solid-looking one, wasn't it? Right. It would have been so much more beneficial to the others to join them,

At his question, the blond flipped her light back directly towards his face - 'accidentally' of course. "Just over here. It leads into a cold room where they preserve the perishables."
And it was locked, of course. She should have expected that even after the previous door hadn't been. It was a bit sturdier built than the last one as well. Others were entering the room now, the jedi among them. She could let them deal with the lock, but she'd much rather not. She'd been here first, after all.
"Don't suppose you have anything I could pick this with?" she asked. There was always the use of force, but it wasn't the only skill she had.

Grell didn't care if there were other people in here now. He was pissed. That hurt! Not physically of course, but augh, now he was blind and it was going to take forever to get his night vision back. Pushing his glasses out of the way and rubbing his eyes with a gloved hand, he grit his teeth and tried to clear the spots away. Useless. That little--
"Oh, now you ask for my help? As if I'd want to give you anything after that little stunt of yours!" He finally pulled his hand away and blinked into the dark. Bloody hell. He couldn't see a thing. And, as for Callisto's request, the only things he had on him were ( ... )

It looked like lockpicks were out. That left the old-fashioned method, which might be a bit more difficult on something this solid. That didn't mean she'd be willing to give it any less of a try. Checking the lock over with her flashlight, it appeared that the bolted part was rather weak. A few solid hits might make it possible to enter.
She stepped back, preparing to aim a couple kicks at it. When that didn't quite do it, and since she needed to do the least amount of damage to her feet as possible, she threw her whole weight into it. At last it creaked open to the point where she could jiggle the latch the rest of the way.

The Bride entered the kitchen, alert for any creatures or adversaries she could kill. Sadly, there weren't any as the only ones in the room were a redhead and the warlord. For some reason, the warlord's presence did not sit well with her, especially with Ophelia there, too. She'd seen the two women talking before.
Obviously this wasn't something the Claymore had planned; the bitch wasn't that intelligent. Keeping her free hand loose at her side, she carefully shined the flashlight around. Seeing nothing, she motioned for the others to head move forward.

She did, however, notice that Callisto and her red-haired companion were having some trouble with the lock ahead. Ophelia frowned, for lock picking was one skill she truly knew next to nothing about. Having enough strength to pull most doors off by their hinges in her home world more or less mitigated the need to acquire such skills. For the time being, she simply moved forward with the group, assuming that Arlene or one of the men had already prepared to deal with the lock.

He saw Arlene's signal, and crouched down to sneak forward into the door that had been busted open by the two ahead of them. SubZero paused at the door for a moment before sneaking into the fridge.

Okay, so he could check "salt" off the grocery list. It wasn't as much as he'd like but it was good enough for now. It'd been a bitch to get to, but he was already feeling a hell lot more confident now that he had some on his person. It wasn't like having a sawed-off fully loaded with some rock-salt, but it was better than where he'd been a day ago. Dean left the pantry behind him, searching for what else he needed in his head. The fact it took a few seconds longer than it should've did have him worried. It shouldn't have taken him that long to remember he needed some kinda container for the holy water; probably the cold and wet clothes getting to him. He couldn't keep running around in his clothes like this unless he had a death wish.
In a bit, he kept telling himself. He'd head back to the patient blocks after this. He just had to get this stuff while he was here ( ... )
