It made him angry, Fox, River, and now Snake. Why did they have to tamper with people? And from the sounds of it, this was a regular occurrence. That realization was both terrifying and angering.
Gray Fox decided to take his flash-light and radio with him, on the off chance that they would be useful. He was rewarded when the radio confirmed his suspicions, but he was not at all comforted.
He didn't know where Snake was, but Otacon should probably be nearby. The way Snake had talked about Otacon... well, since Snake was busy, someone would have to go babysit the engineer.

But for now? He needed to go to M1 as quickly as he possibly could. Taking flashlight and journal and pen in hand, he walked out the door and headed out on his way. He was not going to be left behind again!

This time, he dug around his room. Flashlight, take that. Notebook? Fuck that. Pens? He thought about that, then took two. Better than nothing he guessed.
