Mello did not have high expectations for the evening.
If the previous night had been any indication, they'd get about thirty feet before Near's obsessive observation habits ruined any hope of beating the time curve, but without the bulletin to find a new group he had no choice to repeat the effort.
Normally, he waited several minutes to set out into

Had Willow told Spike about that? They must've talked after he'd left. Though he couldn't decide whether he wanted Spike to show up or not. On the one hand, he'd probably be driven mad, but on the other...well, who the hell knew what kind of trouble Spike would make if he ran off on his own?
God. Maybe now wasn't the time to think about this. He needed to eat something. That would have to come first. And a hunt would thankfully keep his mind off things.

Sighing, the young Maou brought his legs up onto the mattress and folded them beneath him. Crossing his arms over his chest, Yuuri haphazardly glanced over towards the door. Wolfram had told him to wait here until the blonde came, but he felt useless just sitting here and doing nothing.
He'd give Wolfram five minutes before he went searching for the blonde Mazoku instead.

He looked at the door as well, knowing he'd find Jiraiya where he had the previous night. He hoped this shift would go better than the last, although it hadn't exactly been bad in the "awful monster encounters" way, as it should have been. He'd just hated to have it interrupted that way.
Naruto got up, paced for a few seconds, before speaking to Yuuri.
"Um...I'm gonna go out, will you be okay?" He didn't know how this roommate thing was supposed to be like; he'd never shared a room with anyone, yet alone a stranger he barely knew. But Yuuri seemed nice, and Naruto wasn't going to just ignore him. They all needed as many friends as they could get, here.

"Mmm!" He announced cheerfully before a look of concern passed over his features. "You'll be alright? You're not going out alone, are you?"

"Nah, don't worry, I'm meeting up with someone," he said. He expected to find Jiraiya where he had last night, and if not...he'd go to his room. They would be better off in pairs than on their own.
"Good luck with tonight, though," he finished, a little more serious than when he'd started speaking. He knew they'd probably need it.
He grabbed his flashlight from under his pillow, heading for the door.
"I'll see you around, then?"

Upon reaching Ion's room, Anise wondered for a moment if it was really necessary for her to announce herself like she always did. After all, with this being a nightly routine, it should be easy for Ion to guess it was his Guardian at the door. But she supposed it was safer for him to know for sure before opening the door, so she went through with the rest of the routine with as much enthusiasm as always.
Knocking loudly, she announced, "It's me! Are you ready?" Ion usually needed a little extra time to prepare, but that was fine. Anise could be a very patient person, although perhaps just for some people more than others.

With a more casual grin, she asked, "How was the trip today?" As a whole, it definitely turned out better than Anise had hoped. A field trip that didn't end in monster ambushes was a relatively good trip no matter what happened in town, but she was still pretty curious about Ion's experience, especially since it was his first time seeing what Earth was like outside the institute.

If he was really going to be helpful, though, what he needed were actual medical supplies. The pillowcase stuffed with a sheet and a couple of shirts wasn't really anything close to his healer's pack, and Hanatarou just didn't feel like a proper healer without proper bandages and whatnot.
Not that...well, he knew where to find such things, but this was supposed to be a hospital, right? They should be somewhere.
And so the healer gathered up the aforementioned pillowcase and his light, and set off into the halls.
