Daemon slipped out into the hall that connected this block of patient rooms. The corridor was empty, although he know that would not be so for much longer. He could feel his brother near, and so stayed where he was, waiting for Lucivar to make an appearance.

Lucivar stepped out into the hallway and was instantly greeted by the sight of his brother. He smiled and he knew that Daemon would be able to pick up that he was ready for some bloodshed. "Evening, Bastard," he said, his voice arrogant. "Aren't you going to congratulate me for not ripping anyone's head off today?"

Lucivar crosses his arms over his chest and gave Daemon an inquisitive look, curious as to what his brother had in mind for roaming the halls.

"We should find Father. We need to talk before we head out."
A distant look in his eye, Daemon turned inward, feeling for the faint and distant pulse of the Black - not his own, but one so like it, it was almost impossible to tell the difference. "He's on the move. We can meet him in the next hall. Come on."
Without waiting for his brother's reply, he started them moving again.
